- Stage 2 is about getting agreement from key stakeholders around the issues and prioritise projects
- Defining scope of key projects
Service Delivery and Implementation
- In-depth analysis of issues of each project
- Detailed requirements gathering
- Identifying appropriate solutions
- Implementing solutions
- Training users
- Monitoring success & collecting feedback
Note: Each stage is a go-no go stage where the firm may decide not to proceed to the next stage.
